I'm 47...my short term goal is to lose 20lb; long term 40. I have not had any success with managing my portions, logging what I eat, or exercise. I too need friends for encouragement. Please add me! Leaning towards doing Keto - starting (again) today!

Thanks for posting this...I just realized another reason I'm not able to drop weight...when I roast veggies, I have never measured the olive oil!!! lol. I will begin today!
