Yes I have continued to lose when I try to - I usually focus on maintenance.

I usually make enough dinner so that I have lunch the next day. It works great and really makes tracking easy too. Soup is a great option as well, because you can make a big pot and freeze portions for lunches later in the week.

You can do it! Take it one day at a time - or even one meal at a time. Maybe you could focus on something that you can add, rather than take away. For example, I will add more water to my day, as opposed to I will not eat sweets. I know that it helps me.

I have done this - mfp works great for accountability and tracking - different from ww of course but works just as well. No more "free" fruits & veggies - you can keep to the same principles as ww if that works for you - low carbs and more lean proteins - you can even change settings to reflect that.
