  • Heavy cream can also be added to sauces & coffee, if you need help getting more in. [/quote] Does it not make the coffee all funky - like an oil slick?! (Forgive my ignorance!)
  • I never really think of adding butter to be honest - will have to give that a try. I don't even know if I like heavy cream! I know I don't drink milk. I'll have to buy some cream and give that a try too. Thanks so much for the help
  • I appreciate all advice so thanks for the input! I'm a really fussy eater (unless it's carbs I'm chowing down on!) and hate eggs. I can't eat fatty meat as it makes me gag. I worked out my macros and am usually about right with them but most often under my calories. I find it quite difficult to eat my calories while…

  • Thanks for the help guys  Whilst I just can't bring myself to eat the skin and fat on meat yet, I'm good with adding cheese and mayo to stuff! Might try and stomach eggs - if I can find a way to make them taste less....well....eggy! Any ideas? Once again, thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

As you go through the program, they help you switch over to doing it all yourself. Haven't gone for it yet, will wait and see if there are any inspiring success stories first! Thanks for your…
  • Hmmm good to know, thank you!
  • Not only does everyone eat at their desks at work (no cafeteria) but a couple of my colleagues are feeders. They'll be handing out pastries and chocolate all the time. It's seriously hard to see and smell all the lush food around. But it's even harder to have to say no thanks all the time! Only advice I would give, is just…
