I haven't had a drink since the beginning of the year. I would rather use the calories for something I can chew. I thought I would miss it, but I really don't.

They aren't trying to "kill your vibe". They are sharing what they know is harmful or counterproductive. If you are going to ask for advice or feedback, you shouldn't expect everyone to agree with you.

It's easy to make excuses to not go to the gym. But if it's too cold today, it may be too rainy, or too hot, or too ... whatever on another day. Just go ahead and go, you'll feel better afterward.

Yes! Last weekend my husband brought home some homemade cookies that a coworker had made. I thought I could eat just one. That just one turned into 6.

I do! Well, more like 125. I'm 43, married, and have a 17 year old daughter. I had a similar experience... lost 40 pounds then gained it all plus some back.
