And OP, your results are great!

When I started usimg MFP, I was floored at how many calories I had really been eating. I knew it was alot, but...wow. Very common for people to underestimate how much they eat and overestimate exercise. I have recommended this app to friends who are not looking to lose weight, but have to watch sodium.

I agree with two previous posters...Turkish get ups.

Push ups, sit ups, planks, squats. 4 basics that are really effective and need no videos or equipment.

Cereal (more like a trigger food for me), cheese, nuts, trail mixes. A palmful of almonds isn't worth the 200 calories to me.

Yep.

And OP...congrats on your amazing success!

For me, everyone has been very complimentary on my weight loss. I have lost 45 pounds in the past 11 months, with another 15 to go. I don't like a lot of attention regarding my weight loss as I am embarrassed about how I used to look, but I am very gracious when complimented. As for haters, only one. At work. She is old…

And age and genetics are a factor. And whether you have yo-yo ed with weight.

There is no magic cream to tighten everything up, but, yes, there are things you can do to help the appearance of skin. It might be impossible to do all, but here goes: -Drink plenty of water. -Don't smoke or tan. Both destroy collagen fast. -Try to limit alcohol and avoid alot of junky, processed foods. Skin is our…

I have a problem with moderation when it comes to sweets, carbs, junk food...can't eat one cookie or one piece of chocolate or one single serve bag of chips. My solution is simple...I DON'T buy them and have them in my house. I don't believe "Oh, you can have cookies in the house, just only allow yourself one" if…

I keep a picture of myself when I was thin in my wallet for inspiration. And what inspires me alot are haters...those who have been jealous about me losing weight. I think to myself, "Just keep bringing it, hater!"

I have really started to become more private about my weight loss. I post NOTHING on social media about my weight loss. Never have. I am very embarrassed at how heavy I was and don't want to bring attention to the fact that I was fat 9 months ago. I dunno...just me. One thing I have found when you are losing weight some…

Jumping on the bandwagon here...log everything you put in your mouth. I have had people ask "You count the calories of the creamer you put in your coffee?!?" Yep. And food scale...even the good ol' eyeballing is usually inaccurate. I use a small digital scale. I don't log any physical activity, just food. As for…

And Chantelle gives them "oomph" while still being appropriate for day. I like having larger breasts and do not want to minimize them.

Nordstrom. Love Chantelle bras. They are about $70. An investment in a good bra that fits correctly is worth it. Ill fitting bras contribute to breast sagging. I have gone from a 38G to 34F (really more of a 35, but bands stretch and hopefully I will continue to shrink). I buy just one at a time until I hit my goal weight.

It depends on a few things...how much loose skin, how much you lost, how fast you lost it, if you have yo-yo dieted. I have lost 35 pounds so far in 6 months and have been neurotic about my skin. I find I have been experiencing a cycle where it will look really scary for 6-8 weeks and then kind of smooth out for 6-8 weeks.…

Yes. For 25 pounds an expensive nice purse from Bloomingdale's I had been eyeing for 3 months. Plan on doing the same when I hit 40 pound loss. I have decided to start saving money so I can have about $1000 to buy new clothes when I hit my goal. Maybe I will do like _runnerbean_ and put money away for each pound lost.

Cauliflower Miracle Whip Cantaloupe Organ meats except chicken livers. Actually, I have never tried organ meats except for chicken livers...just can't do it. Veal. Also have never eaten it.

Seeing results/changes in my body. And I feel better. And haters. I think everyone here has experienced haters, and it may be petty, but it gives me extra inspiration when I work out.

See if there is a Planet Fitness in your area. You can get a basic package for $10 no contract. Which is a great way to try it out. I just joined a couple of days ago. There are people of all sizes there. I used to workout 20 years ago and was very overwhelmed when I went for the first time yesterday. It can be…
