Checking back in, since avoiding binge eating is still often a struggle for me. Happy to say this month is going well, if not perfect: Me: 25 B: 4 DBF: 10 And on a related note, I've hit my daily calorie in/out goal for 21 days this month as well, which is showing up on the scale.
