I started 30-day shred about 3 weeks ago: just started level 3 yesterday. I do it in the morning before I go to work. Most days I exercise over my lunch hour, either a brisk walk or jog for 40-50 minutes. Very do-able. I love it. It gets better. I still pee alot more than I did before I started drinking so much water, but I think your bladder gets used to being full or something, so I don't pee nearly as much now (I've been at it about 6 weeks). Good luck!
