I looked for it as well and ended up lowballing an estimate for bikram (90 minutes) at 350 calories.

:smile: the pose is called lion, it helps release tension in the jaw, neck, shoulders, face, etc. You'll be thankful for that pose in 20 years when your face defies gravity.

Jeannette Jenkins has a really good yoga dvd, intermediate but you can modify the poses for beginner or advanced.

I love Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. It's a series w progression dvds, but she also has some at Wal-Mart that are really good. I also love Jeannette Jenkins bikini blast. Whatever you choose be consistent and keep up the good work!
