I lost 3 stone over about a year and now I'm maintaining, I had a bit of excess skin at first (and I'm only 20!) but I've exfoliated and used baby oil and it's much less noticeable now.

It worries me how much I can relate to your story - even the part about rowing! I'm 5'8" and started at 196, I'm now 157 and aiming for 140 - I originally thought I wanted to be 130, but looking at myself now I don't think I have that much more to lose in order to be healthy/happy!
