New to this...1st day..but I would love to have a support system being I don't have any at hm...I'm 5 foot at 240 and my goal is 100 down this year.

Hey Gina, same here. 31 @240 and my goal is also 100lbs. My biggest down fall is I have no support system and I'm always looking for encouraging words, experience...any positives to keep me going. Hope you are doing good so far :)
