Hello! I hope your daughter is doing well. I am a Mum to a 3 year old boy and I know what it's like to pile on the pounds both during pregnancy and after too. I have a lot of weight to lose and I'd love to be able to support and motivate others and get the same in return. Feel free to add me.

I'm here for the same reasons too. Feel free to add me. I have a fair bit to lose and I know there will be struggles and hurdles along the way, so I want to be there for those in the same boat and also get a little nudge along the way too.

Slow and steady wins the race :smile: Listen to your body. If you're hungry then eat. You're right, it is bad for your body to lose weight in the way that you are trying to, and in the long run you will put the weight back on, plus more. Have something filling and healthy to eat.
