I lost my big sister to ovarian cancer too. She was misdiagnosed by her primary care physician for over a year. Stage 4 by the time she was correctly diagnosed. Watched her rally and suffer thru surgeries and treatments for 3 years. What an experience. Keep well my friend!

Monday Movement plan: WALK! And housework! Moving cold weather clothes from upstairs bedroom to basement, bringing pool and patio stuff outside from basement. Wish I had a way to count every flight of stairs. Clipped on pedometer, plan to get 8k steps in one way or the other. Today's other goal: 64oz water and PT exercises

Two days of no alcohol (and the late night bingeing it results in), honest measuring and logging, a little exercise and lots of water is all it took. I think I can see the 170’s in my future.
