Thanks for asking about me Liselyn. I'm doing ok... scale hasn't moved much except for one up, one down, repeat, repeat, repeat. On the positive, I'm showing up every day. I look at my Circles to Success and recommit daily to drink 64oz of water, plan and pre-log meals, skip the liquor & wine, stretch & weight work, walk…

Ha! I blew it yesterday. Going at it again today... reset.. recommit... ready, set, go!

Good morning all! Starting my day with my daily restart/ recommitment. Goal for the day: tracking ALL calories consumed. .. even the ones I'm not proud of. Eating AND drinking mindfully ALL day long. It's the only way I'll be successful. Breakfast and lunch pre- logged. Time to get up and get at it and make this a great…

Wow! You did FANTASTIC!! 👏👏👏

Spent almost a hundred this morning at PT evaluation to find out what is causing the pain in my upper leg/lower back (ok, it’s really a pain in my *kitten*) thanks to my incredibly crappy yet extremely expensive health insurance. I may go back. Or I may not. (I’m blessed in that I can afford it but really just don’t want…

Could've sworn i posted my weigh in this morning. Sorry about that. Don't remember last weeks but yesterday's was 188.

Thanks Barb!! My Four Circles to success is definitely helping me recommit every day and I start out FANTASTIC!! but, oh yeah, I definitely know what my recurring self-sabotaging habit is. I have a very difficult time staying away from liquor. And am in the midst of a major (losing) head game with myself. You know how when…

Ugh moving in the wrong direction. Rationalizing bad choices after doing hard work. Gained that pound I’ve lost and gained a dozen times at least. Discouraged but still here! Giving up is NOT AN OPTION!!! Am revisiting some resources that helped me stay with it last Spring. Is very motivating to read other's successes and…

A very sad time... Continued prayers to you Navydad <3

Happy Monday 88-ers! Hope everyone had a great Easter. I woke this morning very EXCITED to go to Pilates class. Have taken it up a notch to INTERMEDIATE level recently. Class with this instructor was TOUGH. Twice i stopped and said I can't do this. Duh, of course i can't if i dont try i immediately thought to myself. And…

I dropped a pound but i haven't met all my goals every day. I wake up every morning and recommit though!

My daily goal is good choices, no regrets. I often go to bed early to stay away from the kitchen and liquor cabinet. And then in the morning I literally jump out of bed so I can see what the scale says! It's been slow moving but ... I'm still a work in progress. Happy Friday everybody B) Wishing you all the best

Made it to Pilates class AND did an hour long hike AND checked off lots on my to do list. The sunshine is ENERGIZING ☀️

Thanks for starting us up!! This is just what I need in my life ... inspiration, encouragement, love and joy <3 Wishing you a peaceful and productive day B)

The scale is up from the weekend due to a bourbon binge on Monday night (followed by some baked goods I found in the freezer, all that I failed to log) and a scrumptious salmon, crab cake and halibut dinner out last night. But…. I’m here!!! And recommitted to my daily ‘four circles to success’ plan. Up early and had a…
