I'm in. Will try for 30 minutes of walking, or a combination of walking and Pilates for 30 minutes, daily. Think of it as a good time to adopt a healthy lifestyle! I think if i saw quick results I'd do it then go back to old ways... because I'd know i could get back there when I wanted.
