Great job losing 15lbs! You could try the 'Couch-to-5km' app (or 5k Runner app - I've been using this one for the last month but I see many MFP people use the other one) Its 3 days a week and starts you off 'easy' - alternating 1 minute jog, 1.5 min walk for 20 min - and builds up from there. You can always repeat days…

I started Jan 2, 2015 and am down 8 lbs. I notice a loss in inches too which is great. Not quitting anytime soon. :smile:

Totally agree! I'm almost 40 (turning in November). I've been doing MFP since beginning of January and am down 8lbs. I'm happy to see some results! I sent you a FR. Let's do this! :smiley:

I'm fairly new to this as well and I'm really liking it. I'm down 7lbs in my first month and I'm just happy to see some results! I'm noticing a difference in body measurements too which keeps me motivated. Feel free to add me if you'd like. :smile:

Keep trying to do day one until you got it. I've been doing the '5k Runner' app and have had to repeat some days until I was able to completed it. I decrease my calorie intake during the day by eating more veggies / proteins. My drink of choice is usually Perrier (lime flavoured) with a little extra lime juice, which are both calorie free, and vodka (approx. 80 cal / shot). I'm a chocolate lover. I find a square of dark chocolate does the trick. (Ex: Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate is 60 cal / square). It satisfies my craving and I don't eat a whole bar like I would for milk chocolate.
