  • Hi, I'm Debbie. I started at 327 lb and today at 314.2. I am slowly adding exercise this week. I was finding my back hurt all the time and got cramps just trying to tie my shoes. My first goal is 280, then I'll reevaluate. Mostly I just want to walk, talk, and breathe at the same time. And tie my shoes. :smiley:
  • Thank you all for the support and advice. I seemed to settled into a routine with walking and yoga now twice a week instead of only Mondays. I am being braver with new healthier choices and am pleasently surprised. I am encouraged and feeling great today. Thanks! B)
  • I alternate baby spinach, kale, and collard greens. The collards don't have as strong a taste but after awhile I don't taste the "green." I like to put in a small banana and some frozen berries or fruit (peaches are my favorite) and a cut or so of unsweetened almond milk (depending on the texture you want). I tend not to…
