Try adding on Squats, jumping jacks and desk push ups through out the day. I have a desk job but every time I get up to use the bathroom or something I do 10 squats and 10 jumping jacks.

I had gastric bypass in 2003. By 2007, I had gained most of my weight back by not sticking to the diet. In the past year I have lost 100 lbs using the calorie counting method. It's not easy and takes dedication but you are worth it.

I'm not sure about the calorie part but from my experience, if you boil the bones for over an hour, they have given all they can give.

I have to agree with Radiii. I have gone almost completely carbless and have felt great. It has been 5 months since my diagnosis. I have lost 47 lbs and my blood sugars range from 90 to 115. I agree with Robert. Not all calories are the same. I find I can eat a lot of vegetables for very few calories and they keep me full. Also, lean protein has a decent number of calories but is good for you and will fill you up. Definitely take some readings 2 hours after eating. Keep track of what you are eating, what keeps…

Try Overnight Oats. They are super simple and easy to grab on the go.
