You could also just take the Fitbit off while driving...

It's good for women especially to move weight around, not just for physique, but for building or maintaining bone density (depending on age).
-
I'm the opposite. I get my best workouts in on days that I'm not working. Then I relax and rest my body and mind.

So your "shake" is essentially protein powder in water. Doesn't sound nearly as filling or tasty. I agree that a little more protein wouldn't kill him but who knows maybe lunch and dinner are higher protein. OP, if it keeps you full and works for you go for it!

Could her dizziness be related to the fact that she's eating under 1200 calories a day? 19 lbs in three weeks is a lot.
-
Tim, aren't you the one who only eats like 1600 calories a day?
-
Use TDEE if you weight lift and set it manually. MFP doesn't use tdee.
-
You said something about weighing yourself everyday to make sure you haven't gained anything. Keep in mind that weight loss isn't linear. So your weight will not always go down and it can fluctuate but that doesn't alway mean you aren't making progress.
-
It could also have something to do with your age. Like if before you got married you were in your early 20s and now you're a bit older the body can react differently to the same routine.

I drink it black, iced, with cinnamon. For whatever reason iced tastes less harsh than hot. And cinnamon cuts down on the bitterness. It almost tastes sweet.

You're confusing sugar and added sugar. Yogurt has lactose which is a sugar. So you'll get that no matter what kind of yogurt. Sucralose and fructose are added to the vanilla yogurt to make it taste sweeter. I would go with plain Greek yogurt and add what I want to it. Berries, honey, whatever. I like the higher protein.…

That is correct. But I was referencing the person that said "don't eat carbs just vegetables and protein"
-
Vegetables are carbs...

If you've lost 19 lbs just keep doing whatever you're doing because it seems to be working. How much time did that take you? I wouldn't count the mile walks as exercise as the pace is very slow.
-
After 96 lbs lost I would almost think your body could use a short diet break. Eat at maintenance or back to 1800 for a month or two and then slowly decrease after.
-
Or exercise. That'll give you a few more to play with. 1240 isn't very much. Are you sure that's correct?

I wouldn't call it a recipe but I use ground turkey in taco salad. Cook with onion and garlic. Salad: romaine, corn, beans, turkey, salsa, avo... So much volume!
-
There are no vegetables with "literally no calories".
-
If you are in fact burning 800-1000 calories and taking in 1000 how do you think your body feels? Being forced to function at 0-200 calories a day...

Bacon

That's exactly what I was thinking. If I vomited the last thing I'd be worried about is how many calories I barfed up.
-
Vomiting up your food once or twice a week is something to be concerned about.
-
Why don't you change the battery and find out?

I agree with another poster. If you're hungry and don't necessarily need to add a bunch of calories, eat something with volume. You didn't state whether you were coming in way below on calories. A big ol salad with 2-300 calories will go further than 2-300 calories of trail mix. But yes experiment a little. You've been…

It is unlikely that your one pound "gain" is actually a gain. Just a fluctuation from water retention after eating a little more. Sedentary applies to your life without exercise. If you think you are losing a bit fast, log your exercise and eat half or so of those calories back.
-
Don't go near it. Don't touch it. Don't "have just one".
-
It's private

I'm assuming you set it to lose two pounds per week. I think you're already losing 1.5ish lbs per week which is quite good. I would start with measuring what you are already eating and decide from there because it is obviously a decent deficit as you have been successful so far. 1200 doesn't seem like enough for 5'8"

Can I just say sort of unrelated I would advise against eating tuna every day.

TDEE is not the same as activity level. On here, your activity is probably lightly active
