  • I started Bulk Phase on Sunday. I've lost 17 pounds in the first few weeks! I am gaining some serious strength back after years of being fat and lazy. I love it. Feel free to add me as a friend and let's get Beastie!
  • I saddle up and tell them I was/still am very overweight and I know it. I want to be around for my wife and daughter for a long time. I'm making a lifestyle change and I don't care who knows it. Then if they are pushy or act like *kitten* I tell them they should maybe try it too. I have no problem telling get people where…
  • I'm looking to lose between 70-90, not quite 100 but I would be happy to join your journey
  • I just downloaded the app on January 3rd. I had let myself go after being a lean, mean, fighting machine the Army. I had too many excuses for not working out and eating better. Since the 3rd, I've cut out fast food (hard), started exercising (harder) and cut out beer (hardest). I've lost 8 pounds and I know exactly what I…
  • Try Body Beast DVDs. I am doing it now and I'm losing too much weight (my main goal) but I am gaining good lean muscle. It is relatively cheap ($40ish various sites) and it is made to get big! It comes with meal plans and target calorie intake etc. I love it and I am getting back into my Army condition.
  • What was your daily calorie intake during your inital weight loss? I started at 291 and set a 1 year goal to hit 220. I am currently eating 2000 calories a day with a breakdown of 45% carbs, 30% protein, and 25% fat.
  • I'm doing Body Beast where you lift 6 days a week but each workout is targeted at one part of the body. Day 1 Shoulders, Day 2 Back & Biceps, Day 3 Chest & Triceps etc. I am sore but at least every day I am working a different part of the body. I know doing circuit training is great but I know someone said earlier that you…
  • I'm in the same boat. I am 33 and trying to chase around my 2 year old daughter was getting exhausting. I realized I needed to make a change.
  • @kirstieannlittle‌ I'm new to the app too and it has taken me a little while to get the hang of things. I started my journey on January 3rd and so far I'm liking the results but I also need accountability. Anyone feel free to add me. Good luck to everyone!
  • This is my first time on myfitnesspal but I've already seen a difference. I am working out hard and cut my calories and started eating better food. I cut out the fast food and pop (or soda for those of you outside of the Midwest). But I need help and encouragement to push. I start things strong but then fizzle and I don't…
  • I'm looking to lose 45-50 lbs. I used to be in really good shape during high school and my six years in the Army but after that I slowed down and suffered a few physical accidents that later me up. I got way overweight and now I'm taking control. I'll help out any way I can. My plan started today so let the games begin.
  • I'm a noob too. I'm trying to lose 45-55 pounds and have never really tried to limit what I've eaten. Staying at weight has always been easy during high school and my time in the Army but since then some injuries and life kicked me and I got really fat. Trying to change now.
