Pretty rarely. I do sometimes like Amy's Organics and I am a fan of Morningstar Farms vegetarian foods, and the occasional BOCA patty. It really depends on what you're looking for - if you like them - use them - if you don't, don't! (Captain obvious, I know.)

I just had some turkey breast slices and american cheese. Microwave for about 30-45 seconds and it's perfect! I also like a piece of toast with avocado. High protein and the good fats.
