Have your thyroid check, you could have a hyperthyroid. I get dizziness, especially when going from sitting to standing. I have hypothyroidism, but after losing 55 pounds, I became over medicated and now I'm hyper. You should get checked out to make sure it's not some kind of medical issue.

My brother in law won a free breakfast, a couple days ago , he tried to shake some guys hand and just got a weird look from him, so then he called up his mom on his cell phone to wish her a good day, and he got his breakfast free.

Quest bars really fill me up, lots of fiber and protein, also eggs, peanut butter and I always drink a cup of water with everything I eat.

You have to keep pushing yourself if you want to reach your goals, and you will if you do the work
