Thanks for your response, I just see a guy on daytime tv promoting this diet and his book and wondered how it could work.

I think you need to read my comment properly.... I will be taking comments into consideration and maybe upping calorie intake with healthy snacks inbetween meals. Sounds to me like people have jumped on a band wagon of some sort so I will no longer be reading any comments, a bit of advice was all I was after not a bashing

I'm still eating 3 meals a day, breakfast, dinner and tea, the only difference to normal as that they are now healthy meals and I'm not snacking in between, I'm drinking plenty of fluids and proteins shake after a workout, I will be taking comments into consideration and maybe upping calorie intake with healthy snacks…

I'm not nursing so no risk with baby, I've thought about the things you've mentioned but this seems to of been started by a doctor, tested by scientists and now the Nhs are supposedly using it, maybe it's a case of listening to your body.

7lb wow...well done, im needing to quickly shift some baby weight in time for my holiday, i started 2 days ago n lost 2lb but I'm starving, mostly at night/early morning, any tips ? Will it pass ?.

The thing I've found easiest so far is my healthy eating, I think this is because I threw out anything that was unhealthy and replaced it with healthy, now if I'm needing to snack I carnt eat junk food as I have non so I have to eat fruit and healthy foods, I'm actually enjoying it more

I think having someone who is doing the same as you always helps aswell, i used to do allot of swimming, gym workouts and eating healthy but usually get board after a few weeks of doing it on my own and gave up, but I have more help and support this time so I'm feeling optimistic :)

It really does work, I lost weight last time I used it but fell completely off the wagon and gained allot more, now I'm starting fresh and dojng so well with allot of help from mfp
