The only person your competing against is yourself. YOU CAME IN 1ST. Simple as that. You did it and that's all that matters.

And I thought my quest powder was expensive.

I've got the a300's bigger brother. Some friends have the fit bit charge hr. The chest strap is way more accurate during exercise than the light sensor (get alot of anomallys ) I prefer the polar.

The quest powder has been decent. Although the mix ability of the second tub hasn't been the same as the first.

Simplest would be to track my excersize and add it to mfp goal. I'm just concerned about the accuracy if the numbers I'm getting from my hrm (polar m400) i.e. today I did a 5.1 mile run with an avg. Hr of 149 bpm (77%) for 63 minutes and it says I burned 775 calories.

If you want to gain definition you need to lose fat. you will have better/faster results if you cut sugars. I don't particularly try to 'cut' sugars moreso as I try to focus on eating protein/fats.

Makes sense. fuel up at the beginning of the day when you are going to need the fuel. doesn't take much fuel to sleep.

Eat things other than bread (sandwhich) and cereal. How many calories are you trying to stick to?

Make sure you check your salads calories. Restaurant salads are notorious for being high calorie salads (some have nearly as many as their burger counterparts) if at all possible ask for the dressing on the side and use half or less.
