To be fair I nearly always put on a few lb before my TOTM. As if you don't feel crap enough at that time then you have to bloat and put weight on too, perfect (!) XD I try not to weigh myself around that time anymore so I don't get down over it, even though I know it's water weight.

I don't really get why everyone always says it's way off ? No, you don't eat the same every day and it depends what and how much you eat/exercise etc, but it's saying if you DID eat around the same amount of calories every day, you would technically weigh that much in the weeks given. It's not off, it's true.
