I have 1 child, have health issues and am struggling to lose weight. I exercise everyday even if I don't feel up to it. It's a constant battle to stay motivated but worth it. Find an exercise you love. Walking with headphones on is actually an escape for me. Music keeps you motivated to move. Good luck! You can do it!

I have been trying to eat at a deficit without success in regard to weight loss. It's as though my metabolism has a deficiency. Was anxious to try something that could assist.
