I planned to eat whatever I wanted over 25th & 26th but that quickly tuned into eat everything in sight from the 21st u til this morning when I found an extra 3lbs on the scale. I am planning to not eat my excersize calories back this week and go back to eating properly in the hope that next weeks weigh in reflects

I tried the cabbage soup diet in the 90's *yuk* and slim fast I tried but I was working in a hotel early shift so I would have my slim fast on the way to work and by the time the breakfast shift was over, and lots of food on offer, I was ravenous so I put on about a stone over a few months there

I use the flex and mfp separately. I log food and exercise on mfp and use the Fitbit to track my day to day steps plus exercise so there is an overlap. I also use the flex to monitor my sleep which was an eye opener as even going to bed for 8.5 hours I was finding sometimes I only slept for 6/7
