Good morning beautiful people! Starting my morning off with a boiled egg and slice of dry toast. I should have someo Oatmeal too, but fresh out! Also plenty of water. Time to jump start my metabolism for the day!!

Thank you for thay yall! I was at 212 lbs and got down to 161 within 5 months. But after the holidays i've gained 10 lbs of it back. I definitely plan to have it off before the summer!

I was 212 lbs and got down to 161 lbs in 5 months. Unrortunately i've gained 10 of those lbs back over these past holidays and am so ready to shake it off!
