I do two things. First, I bring something low cal and healthy. There are a ton of recipes on Pinterest. Second, I eat before I go. I make a small, healthy snack that's high in protein so I'm not hungry when I arrive. This helps me stave off cravings and if I am going to eat, I don't have as much. Best of luck. Potlucks are…
