the flat ones seem very jelly and rubbery, the thin angel hair ones seem ok. they are bland and dont soak up sauce much but as a whole I dont taste anything bad about them. adding sauces and veg to the the overall mean i havent noticed a down side to them

Thanks for all the advise in the thread, it will help flesh out what i am eating or not eating i asked the following of which i can't see any response. it seems to low in its calories are my numbers wrong? 20 years of bad eating helps to become 80 pounds over weight, just wanting confirmation that i am adding the numbers…

I dont know if i can eat more. its filling. i have started adding fruit, in between meals. I just started with the diary and need to be more accurate with it. main concern was the meal being higher than i calculate it to be. just afraid i am eating 2000cal aday or more and thinking its lower
