I make my own cacao bliss balls. They have dates, oats, coconut and cacao (but can use coco powder). They are really yum and taste like chocolate and less than 150 calories each. Can also add penut butter for variation. I freeze mine so I don't over eat them.

I avoid using dressing by adding a mix of sweet and salty ingredients to my salad like corn, beetroot, olives and feta. Alternatively I make a simple dressing with natural Greek yogurt, lemon juice and mustard mixed together.

Relax and stay positive. I look at my weightloss graph and remind myself how far I've come and how weight fluctuates which is normal.
