Went for a 5 1/2 km run with my daughter so got my extra km in for today.

A new week and a new month. Just had a good session at the gym. Upping the game and set myself a goal of 7 pounds this month.

Was a bit muddy but played OK. Its a fun game but very frustrating at times.

Had a good game of golf and burnt a few calories. Not lost as much as I would like this week so hopefully will do better next week. Roll on summer with warm days and lighter nights and more likely to eat salads!

Sorry for not making any posts. I have not done any challenges before so have been trying to work out how to do things. Any way getting there now. I had minor surgery last week so have been out of action for the last week but have now the go ahead to exercise again so hopefully will now get back on track. I have figured…
