  • Hi everyone. I started 30DS on Jan 5. I tried it last year but had to stop after 2 weeks because I was having a lot of pain in my knees. This time I decided to do it Mon, Wed, Fri, and I've been doing the Bob Harper Weight Loss Yoga on Tues and Thurs along with my elliptical trainer.
