  • I would agree, Outdoors running can be a great motivator you can go to a park, or just run local to your house. If you need to stop and walk a bit do this.   • Just started again (now 45 - time flies) on MFP it worked last time so should do this time. Have just been out for a 35 minutes run to start to get in the swing of things. Hang in there everybody and stay focussed. Good luck
