Hi all Im on day 9 AF. This year i wanted to make changes to my wellbeing and health and the only way i could do that was by complete sobriety. I make bad choices and decisions when im UTI some really damaging but thankfuly i have been able to move on. I look forward to the support of this discussion. Thank you.
