I've been working on my weight loss since October 8, 2014. I started at 230 lbs, lost 18 pounds by New Year when I started on MFP. Congrats on your loss. I've been using MFP since New Year and have lost 15 pounds. I had lost 18 pounds prior to that, so I am down 33 pounds in total. You're right, it's harder to lose weight after 50. I feel like it's more important than ever to get to a healthy weight now. I still need to lose at least 33 more pounds.…
