I love the way I feel after the workout. Today is the first day that I will work all day then have to work out with it. I am so tired but I am going to do it!!!

I also work out at home. I have a treadmill and I have just started Insanity. There is a weight bench stored in the basement as well, but I don't know where to begin with it! I prefer to work out at home because working out in front of other people does not inspire me at all and the nearest gym is a good 15-20 minutes away.

I had two eggs fried in olive oil, a pancake with butter and honey, and two pieces of toast with apple butter. YUM!

I am just getting started on Insanity and I am doing C25K 3 times a week on the treadmill. I don't usually snack a lot but the milk and Nesquick came to 225 calories and that seemed a little high for a snack and I didn't think that it had a lot of protein. I have to weigh at work so I only weigh once a week when I get the chance. I also weigh usually about mid-morning fully clothed and after I eat breakfast. I guess it probably isn't as accurate as the first thing in the morning, but I don't own a scale, so it works for me for now.

I am in Kentucky and our weather is a lot better, but it just gets dark too darn early. I use a treadmill too. Finished week 1 day 3 today and feel great! Also started Insanity. Can't wait to run on Monday!

I went to a Mexican Restaurant last weekend. I tried to save up some calories before I went so I could eat what I liked without going too far over. I am not a morning runner. I will run after work about between 3-5 on most days. So have you already completed today's run?

Maybe you could try to walk and then walk faster when it says to jog? Work up to a faster walk until you feel that you can start to run part of it. The point is to get moving and take your time. I would redo days/weeks if I am not where I wanted to be.

If you have a Kroger's anywhere near you, their Carbmaster vanilla is WONDERFUL! It only has 4 grams of sugar so a lot less than the others I have tried and 12 grams of protein. I eat it every day and dip either strawberries or apples in it as well.
