  • PSA: Body weight can change from 2.2lbs to 4.4lbs in a day (1-2 kg), mostly due to fluid retention. This is completely normal! Accept this and a big daily gain/loss won't trigger your "I'm worthless"/"I'm nailing this weight loss thing!" responses. Keep to your game plan and you'll see results.

  • My mini goal is to move some attention away from weight loss onto body fat %. My weight's gone down OK but I'm losing lean body mass as well. So I'm replacing some of my cardio with strength training (slowly).
