Gosh I am struggling to lose on 1200/day or less, if I ate 1800-2000 I would just gain and gain!

Can't stand the stuff so not an issue for me, I just don't eat fast food, guess I'm lucky I never got into the habit, it must be hard, if, depending where you are from, it's a common thing to do, it just never was for me.

400 calories? For soup?! My homemade ones barely make it to 100 calories, great for lunch...

That is not true - the "toxins" get eliminated through your bowels and kidneys like everything else. Any diet is fine - your body will pull what it needs for your breastmilk but try and eat a variety of foods and don't go too low carb - choose good carbs.
