At the moment, Richard Harmon (Murphy in The 100) - he seems like the most adorable nerd and he's sooo pretty!

When I'm at my best for my sports, I'm light enough (and short enough) that my BMR is just short of 1200. Thankfully, however, if I'm in that shape I'm doing enough exercise to eat waaaay more than that, and my TDEE is still 1500ish on a lazy day, because I know that on 1200 calories a day (if I was that weight and…

I did a 20-mile charity walk (plus a few miles' walk either side) that I worked out as being about 1800 calories worth, but I was still a lot more muscular as I was just out of full-time training, so I've never reached that again because I'm lighter. In recent times, I've had all-day rehearsals I've calculated to be about…

If I do what I suppose you could call "intuitive eating" I gain at least a pound a week. Sometimes, your body really doesn't know best... :p

I made this mistake too, although I didn't even know I'd broken any ribs and I was a child so it's only partly my fault  But yeah, see a doctor while they can still do something, if something can be done!

If you're not hungry, you could just leave them for another day? Always nice to have a few spare for a meal out or an extra helping of dessert :p

Sweet potato fries are my favourite. Nando's are going to be selling sweet potato wedges from Tuesday onwards. EXCITED. :D

I was measured for various costumes 30lbs heavier than I am now and 10lbs lighter than I am now - basically, over a 40lb range - and my neck measurement has never changed.

I'm already over my sugar for the day just because I've had the broccoli-and-cauliflower mix at two meals, so you can imagine how much over I go most days. Sugar has no impact, try the above suggestion of tracking fiber instead :)

Yeah, that was my only question. That's basically what I told the last guy and he wasn't happy, so I was just wondering if there was some way I could explain it without sounding like a bit of a spoon. I was a dancer, but my sport at the moment is gymnastics. I'm attempting something that's never been done before and I…

I second the suggestion of vegetables, if you're worried about staying within your calorie goal. Looking at today in my diary, for example, my main source of fibre has been the raw vegetables I was grazing on between meals and the cooked ones I had with dinner. Also, if you're a bread person, try wholemeal bread.

I borrowed it from someone else on here ages ago ;) Forgot to add, to the OP - although my hours change a bit, I'm almost always up until 4/5am my time. I've changed the timezone in my profile so that it doesn't tick over to midnight until my bedtime. Maybe you could mess around with the timezone until it matches your…

I have mine split up as "carbs", "protein", "fruit & veg" and "everything else". I'm functioning on different hours nearly every day and I don't always eat the same number of meals, so rather than meals I have categories so I can see at a glance what sorts of things I've been eating so far that day. As well as being more…

My body fat has been 15% (as a female), on and off, and I am the carb monster. It really isn't as important as some people would have you believe.
