Yes, that's what I use the "add recipe" option.

Also if you search for breastfeeding in the add foods section, there are different options that will subtract different amounts of calories from your total. I don't know how much my bub gets, but he nurses 3+ times a day so I went with -200.

I usually enter in all the ingredients and based on how many calories the meal is as a whole then I figure out what one serving is, and try to divide the meal up based on that. It's not exactly perfect but I try to be as close as possible. Now that's just how I do it, idk about other people but I'm interested to see if…
