Moving makes me feel better than taking a rest day, so I do my usual workouts. If my cramps are bad, I'll do a lighter workout but still make sure that I'm staying active and drinking lots of water.

Depends how bad I feel - if i don't feel awful, I'll usually do a lighter workout and see how I feel the next day. If I feel really bad I'll skip! Its always important to listen to your body!

I usually go 4-5 days a week...my schedule typically looks like this: Monday - Cardio Tuesday - Boot Camp Class Wednesday - rest day! Thursday - Boot Camp Class Friday - rest day! Saturday/Sunday - Cardio

I love my Fitbit Charge HR because I can see my progress directly on the device. I had a Jawbone before and it was nice (and I actually prefer the Jawbone app), but after I had issues with 2 Jawbones in under a year I decided to switch to a Fitbit.

I love Old Navy's active wear. Its cute and fits/holds up well for my workouts. Plus, I am able to find lots of items on clearance there (and TJ Maxx - I find Under Armour and Nike/Adidas things there a lot)!

Chocolate is my weakness too. I actually eat chocolate almost everyday - it helps me avoid chocolate cravings and binges! Don't stress out about eating it, just work towards moderation!

I love mine so far! I My gym has chest strap hr monitors for classes and my Charge hr is always close to the chest strap hr monitor, so I'd say its pretty accurate.
