Back (hopefully) for good after a baby and a few previous attempts at getting back into shape. I'm definitely lacking in friends and could use some motivation and accountability!

Anyone can add me! I have a 7 month old and while I'm pretty much back to pre-pregnancy weight, I've got some major work to do to get parts of me to be less squishy!

I'm here for accountability as well! I'm almost 30 and mom to a 2 month old girl. I'll be back to work in 2 weeks and need encouragement for daily exercise!

It isn't fun at first, but you just have to start doing it and make a habit out of it. Make sure you are still getting enough sleep!

I definitely am hungrier after I workout but I don't turn to junk food. Try eating more protein instead.

I only have two flavors, but three open right now. Two brands of chocolate and one vanilla.

23 which is towards the higher end of normal for me. I'm working on losing a few pounds yet which would cause a slight decrease, but I don't really pay attention to BMI.

I snack because I'm hungry and need to eat so I don't get crazy hangry. Usually 2-3 snacks per day

I'm up at 4:45am to get to the gym. I prep everything the night before - gym clothes, work clothes, lunch, snacks, etc. It definitely sucked for the first week or so, but then my body got used to it.

I work out at 5am during the week and 8:30am on weekends

I love coffee too much to give it up. I typically cold brew my coffee and add a little bit of skim milk. Minimal calories, still delicious!

Can you go to the gym before work? I work 7:30-4 with about an hour commute each way. By the time I get home at 5, its time to make dinner, clean up, etc. so hitting the gym in the morning is my only option. If you get any breaks at work go walk/do stairs during those times.

Usually bourbon. I typically keep it to one drink.

Zucchini pizzas! Use sliced zucchinis as the "crust", pop them in a skillet until golden brown, add sauce, cheese, toppings and broil until melty. Yummm Chocolate chip zucchini bread is delicious and freezes well.

Oatmeal, greek yogurt with fruit, or waffles with peanut butter.

Mine is open to friends only, but I don't really think it impacts my success. I just keep it open because I like to check out other people's now and then for ideas.
