I like to add ground flaxseed to my oatmeal which makes me feel fuller longer. Regardless of what I have for breakfast, I almost always end up needing a small morning snack.

I love morning workouts. The gym isn't as busy and I feel energized for the day when I'm done! It took me a little while to adjust to getting up early, but it helps when I get everything ready the night before. Its a lot easier when I can just throw the gym clothes I laid out on, grab my bag and go!!

I just wear whatever I'm comfortable in (although I hope I'm not wearing anything see through!). I'm at the gym to workoutand I'm more focused on that than checking out what other people are wearing.

Roasted veggies are awesome. I also really like certain veggies grilled!

I have a Jawbone and love it! I don't use the sleep function regularly, but I love that it vibrates to remind me when I am sitting for too long!
