My daughter gave me a hug this morning. Her arms go right at my waist height, and she said to me "holy cow, my arms go around further mama!!" That was pretty cool!!!

So excited! I'm two lbs from this mini-goal, which is actually pretty huge for me! The only previous time that I had so much motivation to lose weight was before my wedding. I have my 15th anniversary next month. That's a LONG time!!!

For me, I have to cut out the foods I don't want to over eat. I'm an all or nothing person. If I cut it out completely I'm good. But if I tell myself "I can have a little bit" I overeat whatever it is. I'm jealous of those who can have one serving of chips or ice cream or whatever, but I find it more difficult than…

Congrats on the 50 lbs loss! You are obviously very strong, and you will get through this hiccup! Wishing the best for you with your appointment. As an aside...I have Mirena as well, and it is wonderful! I know of others who have had issues, but i'm on my third without any issues.

I have a pair of pants that I've had for ages. They are really stretchy, with an elastic waist. I've noticed that they seem to be shorter than they used to be for a few months now, due to my increase in size. I put them on this morning, and they are the right length again. A couple of pounds down makes a big difference!!!

I have two daughters, age 12 and 13, and I worry about this too. One of my daughters makes very healthy food choices, has a high metabolism and is fairly active. First, I love all of these NSV....I never realized how important they are before reading these. Each of them makes me smile. Saturday, 10 days from my start date, I had to move my belt a notch smaller. I was so excited because 11 days ago, I was getting ready to move it one notch larger. YIPPEE!!!
