My current Mini goal is to run 5k with minimal breaks (a few steps every km). Last night I ran 4.2k, getting so close!!!

If you have one, make your crock pot your best friend. Throw everything in, turn it on, walk away, hours later you have a delicious meal as healthy as you make it.

My most recent NSV is that I went to a gym - to run on the treadmill because it was crazy hot outside and I couldn't bring myself to go out for a run. Rather than fluffing it off and not going, I went to a gym, did my run, and went home. The victory for me is that I made the effort to research, pay for a day pass and go.…

For lunch yesterday I made "zuchini boats" with leftover tace meat, hollowed out zuchini and a little cheddar sprinkled on top, baked in the oven. Delish!!

I must admit, i don't drink as much water as I should. I do like just plain tap water, straight from the faucet. Nothing special, nothing added.

I wore shorts this weekend. 3.5" length shorts! With confidence. And my inner thighs didn't pull them up in between my legs. All because I found MFP, made a plan and I'm sticking to it!

A 12 year old friend of my daughters noticed that i've lost weight. When a child notices, I think thats a sign that its obvious. Made me feel good, and gave me a confidence boost for the day. :smiley:

Make changes that you can maintain long term. As I have learned in the past , short term extreme changes are not maintained, so make the changes that I can commit to long term to be successful and maintain that success.

Could be that you have the ringer on your phone turned off. If I have mine off, even with the volume up, I don't hear the voice.

Current goal: to get into the 150s. I'm at 160 right now....I'm so close!!! My hubby mentioned to me yesterday that my confidence seems to be way up, and I have to agree! losing 11lbs and seeing a huge difference in my body has been a major confidence boost. :smile:

I'm 5'2", 160 lbs, and i eat 1200 + exercise and I'm sure my measuring is inaccurate. Losing 1 lb/week average. I'm happy with this. :smile:
