I'm wearing a dress today that I've had and worn for years. I've been asked many times today if it's new, and told that it fits me really nicely! Old clothes looking new and good! Thats a NSV if I've ever had one.

My armpits hurt! I did actual pushups yesterday and my armpits hurt (actually that spot infront of the armpits, but i don't know what it's called). And, I can pull my "motivation jeans"! Can't button them, but I can get them all the way up! I couldn't get them over my knees at Christmas time.

I am just starting my exercise program. Day one of Couch to 5K yesterday...I love running, used to do it alot and I'm excited to get back into it. Went to an outdoor concert yesterday. I brought with me a folding chair that used to cut into the back of my thighs whenever i sat for any length of time. Sat in it yesterday off an on for about 2.5 hours without any discomfort! Yippee!!!!

Deep fried restaurant french fries. Other things are worth the calories, but a good french fry...that is my kryptonite! I budget them into my calories, and I don't have them every day, but when I do, I enjoy every last bite. And there are a lot of bites! :wink:

I'm so close! I saw 163 yesterday. I weight every day....I like to see the ups and downs. Today was 164, but that's ok. Can't wait to reach that goal and set a new goal. YIPPEE!!!!
