CHALLENGE #1: I CHOSE THE CHALLENGE #1: “MUAY THAI ANYONE?” (30 Min. Kickboxing Video) from TUK TUK TO THAILAND! I CHOSE THIS CHALLENGE BECAUSE I LIKE TO MMA.

CHALLENGE #3 I added ginger to ground beef (mexican) style dish and went for a more asian style dish. I have had it for dinner and leftovers and it is delicious. I can't say that I noticed any changes yet.

CHALLENGE #3 I did not eat ice cream. Not eating ice cream is hard for me. It is a weak point of mine. However, if I stay away from it I can keep from getting crazy next day numbers on the scale.

Challenge #1 I CHOSE THE 2.5K FROSTBITE FOOTRACE. I jogged the distance outdoors.

Challenge 3 - Something I was afraid to try. Went to a Korean House restaurant last night. Tried the Kimchi Stew. I do not like stew and it is very hot and spicy soup. I think I will pass on it next time.
