  • just have some when you get them elsewhere. By not buying them you cant binge on them late at night when they do the most damage. Replacing something you really want with some sorry substitute will just leave you unsatisfied and still eating calories so you are almost wasting them

  • Took me about 4.5 months with a more relaxed diet on the weekends and stricter behavior during the week.
  • I weigh myself every day and have learned over time what to expect. The difficult part is getting beyond the numbers. Just not stepping on the scale does not make them any different.
