Search you tube for videos of beginners low impact workouts. Then watch them through to see if you can do the movements. Maybe start out with Leslie Sansone's walking videos. Good luck :)

Something that helps me is to prep all my veggies when I get home from the store. That way when I am ready to cook I can throw them in a soup, stew, stir fry, whatever, or eat them raw. With them already cut up they are easy to use and makes getting a meal on the table easier:)

We make a list of ten of twelve meals and make sure we have what we need to make them and then decide what we want to eat for that meal.

Aldi has great vegies at a good price. Dollar for dollar I do better at Aldi than if I shopped at Walmart. The added bonus is getting in and out faster.
