I would eat as close to them as possible but go over and if needed dock a few cals each day for the rest of the week to make up for it, or toss in a few extra workouts to balance it out :D

I am on cumadin as well (I assume you are on cumadin or warfarin). You can eat green things (not all of them) in moderation and adjust your dose. You should look into a testing kit for at home. I have a nice, flat glass electronic one that I love. Can measure in all sorts of weights (grams, etc) and tare function kicks butt. I put a plate on, zero it out, add one thing, zero it out add next and so forth. Makes it so easy to use and no fear of the plate sliding off :)

For myself, absolutely! For so many reasons! Now if I happen to become more attractive to my spouse, that is an added bonus. I love that we can do more things together too! :D

I love to photobomb, a lot. I think that taking pictures in a locker room is way not cool. That being said, I know it happens and there isn't a heck of a lot staff can do about it. I will photobomb pretty much any chance I get though - so look out gymselfies - there may be a fat chick in your future photo! ;)

Just turned 39 a few days ago - was doing weight watchers but as of today have decided to try mfp because it is free ;) Would love more accountability and friends. Add me if you like :D My weight goal is a bit loose right now but I would like to hit 180 lbs. (( I have a ways to go ;))
